You should use Push Fix . This fix install security certificates also needed for YouTube. add a repository in Cydia. repository http://cydia.iphoneil.net

search for Push Fix and install it..

I had same problem i did what stronic said and it look like the fix reseted all my setting on the phone youtube work now. thanks
