They got all the information from the provider and went there on the 27th at 6am to arrest that person ! However, the family there looked perfectly normal, had no criminal records and moreover, my computer was not found, neither my bag or my notebook.

I assume the thief is connected to the box through a public access like hotspot, freewifi or neufwifi and therefore is not located that far. I need someone to hack my computer through any possible way in order to take a picture of the guy, so the police can ask the concierge or the neighborhood who could that be.
