EFIPW (new OFPW tool)

What is it:
efipw is inspired by the OFPW tool and is targeted at Intel Macs running Leopard. It allows for the decoding and modification of EFI firmware passwords via the command line. Useful for lab deployments as well as pen tests. GPLv3.

I just released v0.2a - it's a complete Python rewrite. Somewhere along the way v0.1 stopped working on 10.6

Rather than debugging, I figured Python would be easier to maintain.
