PwnageTool 2.0.2 and upgrading 2.0 to 2.0.1 without wiping memory

I just updated my 3G 16gb (officially unlocked I use with AT&T pay as you go) to the new software 2.0.1, anything's seems changed, I'm just back for a little test drive but maps is still the same bulls..t as before, the screen point the north, even if you moving the indications are stuck on the first of... indication, no copy and paste, itunes takes ages for backup even if nothings is changed......I'm trying to forget my HTC but sorry I can't!!!

Your talking about 2.1 features. This firmware is 2.0.1 and is purely bug fixes for slowness. I have upgraded to it and it is much faster especially when browsing contacts.

No, that's not typically how software versioning works. If they had more "bug-fix only" releases, then we'd probably see 2.0.2, 2.0.3, etc. For new functionality or more significant upgrades, you'll go directly from 2.0.1 to 2.1. Then if there is a bug fix only release after that it will be 2.1.1 and so on. Major new functionality or big changes to architecture and we go to 3.0.

Any word on the pwnage process? Again in no hurry just wondering if anyone had any insider news that hasnt already been released.

I downgraded my 2G after finding the bug fixes were not worth not having a jb. I couldnt even put my 3G's sim in the 2G, so it wasnt even a phone

Not sure whether this has been asked before or not...

Does anyone know if it will be possible to upgrade from Pwned firmware 2.0 (custom made with WinPwn 2.0.0.3) to Pwned 2.0.1 without wiping the phone memory (ie. Doing a full restore and losing Contacts/Music/Current Apps, etc)?

I'd like to be able to update the firmware and keep my current data.
