    Default activate phone for 3G?

    I'm trying to jailbreak 3G phone and then use turbo-sim to unlock it...i need to know if i should activate the phone 3G or not when using winpwn2.5 beta2 in expert mode? Also, what should i say "yes or no" when asked if im using official carrier?
    By the way i live in Dubai in the U.A.E...
