Has anyone put a tutorial together for Winpwn on the 3g? I have seen several different threads but I was confused as to what was working for Rev 1 or Rev 2 of the iPhone.

Also is any progress being made to unlock the new 3g?

I followed that iClarified guide and got a successful jailbreak. Just be careful to not select "Activate Phone" or "YouTube activation fix" if you have AT&T service.

so what if you have Rogers service?

Anyone on the Rogers network do this yet?

i'm on rogers and it works great, I did not check off the "activate phone" or "you tube" boxes, all boxes on that screen were blank.

So did you make sure your mail app still works or your Wifi or bluetooth and can still make phone calls?

yeah everything works, calls, text, wifi, internet. haven't tested bluetooth i have no bt devices. All factory defaults are restored once jail break is done, contacts are erased and all songs are gone. Make sure to back everything up.
