I think at one point the lot of us were confused and misguided, but if it is as you said about him kissing zibris ass then I guess we cannot really trust him as much as we can zibri. I think the lot of us know he still has his fanboys here who are with him to the max, so i guess we are going to see the lot of em crawl back to no? The only thing now is will the dev team supporters welcome them back? I really hope this whole zibri thing does not tear us apart

maybe we should be nice and trust them after all zibri had them fooled. Besides they were with us from the start it would be nice to had them back to there normal selves and not as z pawns. Besides the more people we have against apple the better. We should give this serious thought as a commuinty before making a rash choice.....

AriX, as I said to you on the phone, I would help you repair/replace that broken Touch (at least at a discount), on the condition that I speak to your parents. Why? The dev team is not running a 'multinational' business with iPhone unlocking. That alone gives it credibility. There is nothing wrong with soliciting and receiving donations, but what's happening at Zibri's blog is unadulterated greed.

There are many hacking communities before iPhone but this is the first time there has been this mad aggressive rush for donations, and we don't have to go far, look at osx86, there are tons of people working on that, modded drivers, efi etc but you won't find this sort of mad rush for donations. Its all about curiosity, doing it for satisfaction, money cannot be the motivating driver for this.

Zibri's has made life easier for lots of people before iPlus was released and there is probably a lesson there for the dev team, but that should not take from the fact that he took other people's code and released it without the owners permission, that's theft and worse, betrayal. How many Zibri supporters would like that happening to them. None, but since its not your code and hard work and nothing is at stake you can afford to support Zibri without batting and eyelid with vacuous justifications.

This is not the end, 114 is not the end, people will have to keep working on unlocking other firmwares with new exploits and new code untill Apple change its marketing strategy, and since Zibri has himself admitted he can't code who is going to come up with these new hacks? You needs groups of people to co-operate to get this done, and its clear no one from the dev team will be co-operating with him after his filching their code.
