are you seriously complaining that you imported an iphone and its useless because you cant unlock it? you do realize every phone is like that as well? they are just easier to unlock.

Could you next time be a little bit polite because I hate stupid people comment when even don't understand what is discussed so please stay off and keep your stupid thoughs for yourself ! Apple didn't say it will work in Italy or wherever they don't have contracts with carriers but have you ever thought about rouming? And don't forget here is EU not US where they have the rights to manipulate and can be monopolist on the market.

how would roaming brick an iphone? i dont think you even know what is being discussed.

If you have iphone and go abroad the chance not to have roaming is one of your troubles and if you by chance have rouming EDGE will help you to pay the biggest phone bill you ever imagined.
And what is discussed is that people are disappointed from the apple's product ( as explained, seeing there are unlocked phones people bought phones and now are stuck ) and in the future apple looses those potential customers leaving them stuck. I personally will never ever buy anything from apple and won't allow my friends buy too just because out there, there are better products. Black PR is better than no PR but not when people loose money. I don't care for beeing f***ed once, but out there there aren't many people that don't care for this sum and out there there aren't many people willing to pay 400 USD/Euros with two years contract for something they could get free from other brand for a such contract. Apple will mind after the sales slow down and the ravenue is not as high as was promissed and shareholders start asking whats going on. Apple is hardware company and should stay such and should not be greedy enough to mess in the carriers bussiness leaving the their own custommers in embarrassment.

linusmax is angry because he baught an iPhone ad can´t use it,because there is no 1.1.2 OTB software unlock so far.

Because of that he atacks apple.

So if he did read this forum for lets say about an hour he would have known that he won´t be able to use an not legally activated iPhone.

Learn proper grammar my friend, please, then post. How is it Apples fault that you took an unlocked iPhone overseas and was charged roaming fees?? Once AGAIN, it is ridiculous to blame Apple for your own dumb mistake. If you buy a phone that is not meant for your area, you run the risk of it not working right. Plain and simple.
