Once the video of the presentation will be available we will leave you a link here. Usally this takes up to 2 weeks after the event to get the footage cut and posted to some of the CCC hosts.

This cool video popped up a while ago, but it just have got significant attention from the macworld and is just so cool that we not want to be on the list of people who not noticed it. Thanks to TUAW for yet again bring it to my attention again. Somehow it reminds me a bit of recent happenings in court (see earlier post) does it? ;)

psyapple“Mac cloner Psystar is claiming in new court papers that Apple’s copyright suit against it should be dismissed, because Apple has never filed for copyright protection on Mac OS X 10.5 with the US Copyright Office. Infoweek is reporting that the claim, if it holds up, could open the door for third-parties to enter the Mac market without fear of legal action from Apple. In its latest set of allegations, Psystar is also accusing Apple of bricking Macs that don’t run on genuine Apple hardware.”

Oh noes, now it got pretty much insane. Under the bottom line the claims get more funky every week and we ask ourself if this is going to end in the same line as other epic failing lawsuites like SCO vs. Linux here. I for myself pretty mch doubt any of the claims made will held up in court more than a day and that we have to face the hard truth that apple is going to win this suite soon or later. Still its hard to say which dangers will arrise from it to the osx86 community form it.

Anyhow we are curious if apple yet found any of their John Does, is one of them possibly Bill Gates? We don’t know yet but hopefully will know soon, if this suite continous next at opera’s apple vs. psystar special.
