i have 3gs with 3.1.3 jailbroken with spirit unlocked with ultrasn0w

my baseband is 15.12.01
model MC132NF
my phone is orange network locked.. in france... and i dont have orange simcard

i want to update to 4.0.1 and i have shsh blob and i know the method.. but i dont have the legitimate simcard so i cant activate my device before using limera1n,,,,,

is there anyway to update and jailbreak and unlock without the legitimate simcard ????
