I have a iPod Touch 4G that I jailbroken a few months ago with limera1n.
Today I was adding sources into Cydia when a source was unable to update and crashed my iPod.

So now my iPod has a picture with a usb cable and in arrow into iTunes. I tried to restore it in iTunes, but it gives me errors. At first it was error 3194, now it's 20000.

I don't know what to do!! Help me please.

Start by searching:

3194 is 100% normal if apple is no longer signing restores for that iOS version. People ask about this error nearly every day.
Without a published restore log (see my signature for details) it's very difficult for us to help you.


Error 20000 however - I can take some guesses:
Try changing your windows theme to the default (if you are currently using a custom theme pack)
Also, if you rebooted the iDevice during the "Extracting Firmware" stage of restore - this can also cause this error.

It is very important to backup your device to the computer before updating or restoring.
You can restore your device to a previous backup, all the photos that were there when you made the backup should return with it, but I'm afraid that any photos taken or saved after the last backup are unrecoverable.
