Finally after all this patience and waiting for a kext to download .... I made my Intel 82562 v Ethernet card work !!!
I wanted to feedback immediately to other hackintosh users who are facing this problem ....

I downloaded this kext : Intel 82566MM and it worked perfect for me !!!!

I know many of you tried it before but it didn't work .... but I downloaded it from this Site and it worked !!!

once it's done install it with Kext Helper b7 as you know
