Need help with Network drivers on new install
I'm new to hackint0sh, so bear with me if I don't provide the correct info...
System:
Toshiba Satellite L505 with intel core 2 Duo @ 2.1Ghz and 4GB Ram
Realtek PCIe Family Controller Network card
Realtek RTL8191SE WLan card
Install went smooth thankfully and updated Snow Leopard to the latest combo pack from Apple (think 10.6.3).
I have a few issues though:
1. I can recognize the Network card and have entered in static IP settings but it cannot connect to the internet. I have a red light at ISP.
2. I cannot get the WLan up and running.
3. The only USB peripheral that is recognized is a logitech mouse. Does not recognize USB flash drives or iPod/iPhone.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
THANKS!

Check to see if you set it up correctly.

if you get network settings screen does that mean that your internet will work if you set it up manually? Because i get that screen but no internet working automatically like it did with my last hackintosh years ago on an old laptop.

Yes, but not always.
I think it depends how the system is setup. If it go through with network enable then it will be automatic, providing DHCP is enable.
You may have to set it with network utility and network assistant.
