Default Need drivers for a 9400GT!

hey guys! thanks for letting me join this forum, been looking around it the past couple of weeks and it looks like you guys can really help.

I need a nVidia 9400gt driver for 10.5.x! i installed OSX86 with Lawless Phenom & AMD iso, everything else works great! just i am stuck at a horrid resolution! and need hardware acc, i am using a 23" HD monitor and my pc is connected to to that via HDMI.

How does one go about installing drivers? should i re-install the OS without selecting any display drivers? will that make things easier?

    Thanks guys!

    Ok, here you go.....

Best way to go is to create an EFI string for your Graphics card using OSX86Tools.

In OSX86Tools click on Add EFI Strings/ Boot Flags, then click GFX Strings. Choose Custom Geforce. Call it nVidia Geforce 9400 GT then select your memory size... I assume it is 512MB... choose your output configuration (the one that you are connected to as your primary display first) then click Import to Boot PList (yada yada)

    Reboot .............

Another alternative is to use the altered nVidia retail driver for OSX along with netkas ATY_Init. This works well and if you ever change graphics card you will never not need to change the EFI string. You should be able to google it but PM me if you need the files.....
