Little support (Kernel-paniq) HP pavilion 1340ed
Hi thanks for looking in this topic,
I've just downloaded 'Mac OS X Leopard Kalyway 10.5.2' iso and burned it on dvd to install it on my HP laptop.
I booted from DVD and runned the installation nicely and smooth. When the installation finished a reboot was required and I tried to boot from my harddisk.
I see a apple logo and a message with something like "Please reboot your computer hold the power button or press the reset button"
at that point I rebooted my laptop and tried it again but this time with a boot parameter: -v
the result was a kernel paniq.. (I didn't understand much of it) but what I did understand was that is said: 'local APIC error <....a-path...>mp.c:683 '
I don't understand what I can do to fix this.
Can someone help me?
