Default Kernel Panic on iAtkos S3 v2 with a Core i7-860 and Intel DP55WB Mobo! Please Help!

Alright so I got 10.6.3 on my PC via iAtkos S3 v2. It sucessfully installed and rebooted and It boots into the HDD. But I get the apple logo, then a grey layer shows up and a restart this mac pop-up shows up. Which I think is the kernel panic? anyways in Chameleon I tried the flags:

    -v -x -f -s cpus=1 busratio=21

but still no boot. I had to delete my Windows 7 partition to install this so I really need this fixed ASAP. Thanks! I will pay $10 Paypal Gift to the best and easiest answer to get this working.

    Default

    try this

    reset your bios to defaults

boot from DVD, press f8 and use the following boot flags:
    -x -v cpus=1 busratio=20

Then do your install, in your customisation options go the section that says RTC. Deselect RTC and instead select RTC-32bit.

Try using the default AsereBLN bootloader too, you can change it later on once you get a working system.

Also make sure to only select options in customisation that you actually need, do not simply go checking things you are unsure of.

Some options you will need in iatkos with a Corei7 are the following:

    EvoReboot
Graphics Enabler (depends on your video card)
    ExtraDIR
    FakeSMC
    Disabler
    RTC 32 Bit
    Intel AHCI Sata
    Intel SATA/IDE
    Voodoo HDA
    Apple HDA
    EVO SpeedStep
NTFS-3g (if you have FAT or NTFS drives you need to access)
    Appropriate Video and ethernet driver
