try not selecting dsdt... i have noticed when i use distros, if i let it autopatch i have more problems than its worth. if i do an autopatch after the OS is installed, its normally fine.. but thats one reason i prefer doing a retail install. retail is cleaner, faster, more reliable, and harder to break.
what kind of PC do you have? id post it up in your sig so people can help you better.
oh, and try installing with ONLY the bootloader, the kernel, and the chipset driver selected, if it will install and boot, then worry about other stuff.
though to be perfectly honest, if you want to use a distro, id download iDeneb lite 1.6. thats the one ive had the best luck with. its already at 10.5.8, it has the good selection of kernels (voodoo kernel through xnu qoopz kernel 9.5.0) the good chipset drivers etc. and when you get it installed, whether you download ideneb or keep using iPC, upgrade your bootloader. that looks like one issue you're having. the other one looks like your systems clock isnt set properly. is your clock okay in bios? i dont see why that would matter, but ive noticed with OSX86, normal rules (mac or pc) dont apply. maybe the wrong clock is confusing the kernel.. who knows.
