Unsure about My GPU/Mobo Choice
I'm just making sure three things will work out for me without too much trouble.
I'm following the buildahackintosh.com layout of things with some minor tweaks and i wanted to make sure i can do them without great issue.
1. instead of their recommended motherboard, i wanted to go for something USB 3 enabled (i.e: Newegg.ca - GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD5 LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards) I just can't seem to find much on this though in the way of hackintosh user support.
2. instead of their recommended GPU i wanted to buy EVGA's 2gb version of the same card (i.e: Newegg.com - EVGA 02G-P3-1185-AR GeForce GTX 285 2GB 512-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards) I'm pretty sure this won't be an issue mainly because legit mac drivers appear to be available for this card and i've found some resources for people who have used it.
3. raid 0'ing 2 7200rpm drives vs. 1 10k rpm drive: will i run into any issues through this? i'm assuming no because many people on here appear to be pretty positive towards this method of speed and cost efficiency. any pro's and cons i should know about this method?
sorry about my ignorance, i suppose i'm just trying to make sure my money's not wasted.

My biggest concern really is that motherboard.
I cannot seem to find people that have used the GIGABYTE: GA-X58A-UD5 but quite a few have used the EX58-UD5 with success
