    Default Everything is good... except for the sound!

    i just got mac to boot by booting using singleuser boot cause its the only way it will boot. anyway i have realtek hd audio and i dont knpw how to install the driver or what to do now that i have mac installed.

    I have that card too. try going to kexts.com here:
    Audio - Downloads - Kexts.com
    and look for realtek alc 883. Instructions are in description there. Worked great for me! Good luck ;-)

    Thank you But i'm not quite sure which one to install I have the ALC888S what would you recommend.
