I'm running OS X 10.6.3 on a Dell Optiplex 755:

Processor: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2200 @ 2.00 Ghz
Graphics: Intel GMA 3100 (G31?)
Memory: 1 GB PC2-5300 Memory
HDD: 80 GB Western Digital SATAII

To my suprise, OS X runs GREAT on this machine, except for one thing. The graphics chip is stuck at 1024x768. I've googled this for hours and haven't found anything useful. Most of the posts saying it was incompatible are from 2007.

I was just wondering if anything has changed since then...

Which distribution of 10.6.3 u have installed on this machine.
Are all the audio/lan/graphics driver works for u.

NTDave anything on the video card drivers for this model i have one of these systems and would really like to get out of 768 mode
