I updated to 10.6.6 and I can not launch Marvins AMD Utility. After I click ok on permission nothing happens. It did this with 10.6.5 also. What can I do to fix this?

Also In this list I noticed that some apps say universal and some say Intel is this why Iphoto doesnt work cause it says Intel
