Is anyone developing drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon?
Hello! I know that there aren't any drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon cards. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon 3430 (it works fine, but I can't get a resolution higher than 1024x768). My question is: Is anyone developing drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon?
Thank you!

For that card, need some search.
For screen resolution, you can enter boot option or make an entry in Boot.plist.

Tke OSx86 wiki says that my graphic card can only reach a resolution of 1024x768. I have tried to increase the resolution, but I can't. So I hope that maybe some people is developing a kext for my graphic card.

That sounds a bit strange for the ATI 3430.
I don't know what your monitor resolution is, but you could try this to verify, and also keep in mind that you're running it in VESA mode (generic video mode, very basic), so it could not go pass 1440.
Boot options:
"Graphics Mode"="1400x1050x32"
That is with the quote, and enter your resolution numbers in for the first two.
Try that see how it goes.

I'm booting from GRUB, so I can't introduce parametres in boot options. How can I put boot options booting from GRUB?

That is issue with using Grub to boot OSX.
You could use Chameleon to boot your Linux.
I don't know how you set it up to comment. So your Grub totally bypasses Chameleon or still uses it as secondary?
What is the native resolution for your monitor?

GRUB boots directly Mac OS X (it bypass Chameleon). Do I have to install Chameleon manually?

If you would do it that way then you will need to reinstall grub and change the boot chain around. Leave it as it is for now unless there is no other alternative.
For resolution you could also make an entry in com.apple.Boot.plist. The only problem is you can not test it beforehand. A boot option is only for that boot up, if you don't like it or if it does not work out then you don't have to make it permanently. An entry will be permanent until you edit the boot.plist file and delete the entry.
All of this is because you haven't installed/found the correct kext for your video card. If you do then these steps won't be necessary.
What is your native resolution?

My native reoslution is 1280x1024. I have tried to change the resolution editting com.apple.Boot.plist, but it continues booting in 1024x768.

Alright.
You could post your Boot.plist here, and there are 2 folder that it should be in (2 copies of the same file) just in case chameleon still use it.
