Default XPS M1530 DVD drivers and battery

I've installed everything and I have a fully working version of OS X on my M1530 now. I have the dell wireless card coming and USB is supported. But I'm having a problem with 2 things.

    1. The DVD drive isn't showing up
    2. I can't get my batttery meter to work

1 I can't find any solution for and 2 I've downloaded the enhanced bundle and put it in the right folder however it doesn't seem to be working properly. I've searched the forums for an answer to both of these questions so if I've missed it please forgive me. But can anyone help me out with either of these?

Well I have the battery meter working now so the only thing left is the DVD drive and I can't find anything on it. Anyone have any suggestions?
