Hey well I'm trying to get the Atheros ar5007eg working and I'm following a tut on I.M website but i need to update with airport 2008-004.. When I try to install it it tell me "This volume does not meet the requirements for this volume" Is this because I need the Vanilla kernel? Currently Im using XNU or something? Anyway I was wondering if it would work with vanilla or the tut it says it will and can anyone give me a link so i can download the Vanilla Kernel for 10.5.5 please?
EDIT: Found out I am using Voodoo XNU from the XxX install DVD
EDIT2: I reinstalled but didn't select a kernel... Would this install the Vanilla kernel? If it did I don't think it is compatible with my laptop... It just reboots after darwin =/ Any help?
