Question Trying to find the correct kext for my audio, help please?

What exactly would I need to find a kext that would work for my system?
I have some sort of Realtek HD Audio, i just don't know the specifics of it.
Also, I have a Dual Boot setup w/ Vista and I need to know what info I need to put on here so someone can help me.

    Thank you in advance,
    Asian
