Ralink USB Wireless Setup
Hi Guys,
I have been searching forever to try and find a fix for this and couldnt so hoped somebody here might have some ideas
ok i have a advent 6441 laptop. have leopard running fine apart from a few things
The wireless is a Ralink Usb 802.11bg with a product id of 0x6877 and a vendor id of 0x0db0. I installed the Ralink usb driver for this and it picks up my network and can connect to it. All well and good. However i cannot connect to the internet. When i try to set up a connection in network under system preferences i have no option for usb or wireless just ethernet. If anybody has any advice it would be really appreciated
many thanks
steve
