Default Quartz Extreme and Dual Monitors

Hi everyone, ive got a problem that ive been trying to fix for a few days now.
i wanna get my dual monitors working with the quartz extreme enabled

at the moment i can choose by having 1 monitor and quartz extreme or 2 monitors without qe, and both options requires me to reinstall OS X.
And if im trying to plug in the second monitor while having quartz, the VGA screen gets no signal and the DVI screens only gets a bright blue screen.

im currently using iATKOS 7 with an nVidia GeForce 250gts (1gb)

These are my current settings on the GFX card
    HTML Code:
Chipset Model:	nVidia GeForce 250 GTS
      Type:	Display
      Bus:	PCIe

      Revision ID:	0x00a2
ROM Revision:	nVidia GeForce 250 GTS OpenGL Engine [EFI]
      Displays:
    L192WS:
      Resolution:	1440 x 900 @ 60 Hz
      Depth:	32-Bit Color
      Core Image:	Software
      Main Display:	Yes
      Mirror:	Off
      Online:	Yes
      Quartz Extreme:	Not Supported
