After I installed
(Mac OS X 10.4.9 Intel SSE3 [JaS 10.4.8 AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2.iso + JaS.10.4.9.Combo.Update.Intel.SSE3.zip])
install went perfect but it wont boot, when I start it I get Grey screen with apple. then changes to a two tone Grey pin stripe screen. I have the mAti7500 drivers but I don't know how to install. Any help would be great because I'm a newbie with the whole mac thing.

select them at options on install? or do in terminal

Got the same thing on my laptop (Gateway CX210X with ATI x1400)

It's your graphic driver.

I blew out the old install and re-installed without graphics drivers.

Came up first time.
