    Default nVidia GTS 250.

EDIT: I got it working by using the instruction here http://aquamac.proboards.com/index.c...ead=509&page=1 YAY!

Hi, today I finally got iDeneb 1.5 to run on my computer. It's installed on my second hard drive, dual booted with XP. I got almost everything working except my sound card and graphics card.

My onboard graphics card is a Intel GMA950, so thats what I selected during installation. Once I got Leopard to finally start up, I couldn't change the resolution to 1900x1200. So I searched for a while and found this

InsanelyMac Forum > GeForce 200 series support

I downloaded skyfluff's and got the .kext file. I didn't know how to install a .kext file so I used the program Kext Helper. It said it was successful, so I restarted. When I did, leopard wouldn't boot anymore. It would continue to say "Please Restart your computer" error message. I restarted at least a dozen times, tried -f, -x, and cpus=1, but it would continue over and over. So I did a complete reinstall.

I also tried using osx86 tools and use the 9800GTX+ EFI but all that did was change the resolution of the Chameleon boot loader.

Any help will be awesome. EVGA nVidia GTS250 512mb.

I'm not worried right now about my sound yet, just want the damn video card to work. Now when I try to install skyfluff's kext, it says "The kext didn't install properly" and needs permissions, or something along the lines of that.

How do I give a kext permissions? Also, these are my steps to install the kext
    1. Move the kext into S/L/E
    2. Open terminal type "sudo -s"
    3. Type "rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions.mtext
    4. Type "rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions.kextcache
    5. Exit terminal
    6. Repair permissions via disk utility
    7. Reboot.

    (Also, Extensions.kextcache isn't in S/L, I can't find it.)

Once I reboot, I get prompted to the "Restart your computer" screen, re reboot and then leopard loads up, and the "This kext wasn't installed properly..." is thrown at my face.
