Hi guys,

I had my first go at putting 10.5.7 on my Dell Latitude D520 and everything went really well for a first time attempt. After a bit of trial and error installing iDeneb 1.5.1 with 10.5.7 I have managed to get everything working except my external display. It just doesn't show up in the control panel for displays. The Latitide D520 has a GMA945 Video chipset and when I look in system profiler it says no kext loaded for graphics/display.

No external display is a deal breaker as this unit is permanently slaved to a 24" LCD on my desk.

I would really appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction as it's probably just something I missed doing in the install etc, dunno?

Wow, it's amazing how many views there have been on this post and not so much as one suggestion.

Anyway, I have managed to get my external LCD working however the max resolution I have been able to achieve is 1600x1200. Does anyone know if there is any way of getting the max resolution of 1920x1080 going. I have no problem doing that when I am booted in Win 7.
