Newer GMA950 driver for more resolution choices?
I have a GMA950 onboard graphics adapter and my resolution is stuck at 1024x768 with no options to change it.
Tried the driver posted here, http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/f133/47139.htm but its older than whats on my iDeneb 1.4 (10.5.6)install.
Any help would be great!

Could a mod move this to the driver forum, sorry.

WrenchGuy, did you ever find a fix? I have the same problem.

Nope, not even running it anymore.
I'm likely just going to buy a Mac anyway, but I'd like to find a decent combo to run it on first.

I also installed iDeneb 1.4 10.5.6
I fixed this as follows:
Goto terminal and type 'sudo nano /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist' without quotes.
Enter your password
Add
<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1280x1024x32</string>
between the <dict> tags, write out the changes (ctr+O) and the exit (ctr+X).
Reboot and it works.

After installing iDeneb 1.4 i also had 1024x768 as only possible resolution.
I used OSX86 tools to detect my hardware and download the best drivers. The downloaded GMA950 driver shows all supported resolutions. Dual Monitors is working too. If you didnt already try this ...

I'll give these a try.
Thanks for the input.

If notebook, use native(non-modified) Intel GMA950 drivers and AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer.kext with patched Natit.

I followed as above, and it worked but display was distorted... so I edited command as follows:
<string>1440x900x32</string>
and it snaps me back to 1024x768
Why? gma950 sees display as 1440x900
resolution works in linux and win, why not mac?
Leo4ALLv5 Server Is what I have loaded, just having trouble getting drivers setup, several reboots and it seems to be working otherwise...
display, bluetooth, sound, and windows network is lost and not working so far?
Should I maybe drop back to v3 and keep things simple
This is a generic desktop install and I am a mac noob.
