Of course, I do know that your system got a KP.
But you should post more information as your system specs, setup and how it ended with KP if you want more help.

Is this after installation or you just boot up the DVD to install OSX?
That partial log there did not show your KP yet, maybe just hanging?
Try more boot options to see. Always try to boot with -x -v and mix in others flags until you get into OSX.
-x -v cpus=1 busratio=20
Do you know what chipsets it is?

New info
I had installed fakesmc.kext and nullcpupowermanagement.kext by putting them in extensions using macdrive. So I just deleted extensions.mkext and when I put in -v -f -x, I get a kernel panic on... [date] localhost mDNSResponder mDNSResponder-176.3 (sep 30 2008 16:59:38)[20]: starting
To answer your questions...
I got a still waiting for root device untill I used appleintelpixata but not sure which chipset
It's after installation.
I will try that.

First of all, anytime kexts are moved in and out, then permission needed to be repaired, Extensions.mkext deleted, system/startup cache cleared.
If you can not boot into OSX yet then permission could be done using Terminal.
Try to boot with -f to force cache rebuilt.
-
I have already done that
I have always deleted the extensions.mkext file and booted -f. For some reason I can't become root in terminal from dvd, only through single user.

A little closer
I had removed the graphics kexts from extensions and now I don't get a display: family specific matching fails error. Now It gets stuck at... "localhost mDNSResponder mDNSResponder-176.3 (sep 30 2008 16:59:38)[22]: starting" when I boot in just verbose. Thanks for the help so far.

You may need to boot with -s, then use terminal to repair permission first and then reboot as -f only for cache rebuilt.
What is your installation method? Version of OSX?
