You can try this Kext (driver) link. You can use Kext Helper to install it, it can be downloaded at Kexts.com. While your there you might want to pick OSx86 Tools and ShowAllFiles apps as well. Hope this helps

    Hi there,
I only have short version if that is acceptable
For NV 9400 GT you have several options to try.
    1. ATI ATY_init for video injection.
    2. NVEnabler
    3. NVInject
    4. EFIStudio

ONE driver/kext at a time, make sure you DELETE the old one first before try the new one.

You can go to kexts.com to DL these. For kext installer, you can use KextHelper b7, Kext Utility, OSX86 Tools or your beloved Terminal.

After driver/kexts installing, delete Extensions.mkext, clear kext caches, repair permission and reboot. Some of the installer listed above may do it for you automatically.

    Good luck,
    Regards,

Good to hear . Though not sure why it's reporting the card as unknown? In any case you got QE/CI but if the card info is a issue delete NVEnabler.Kext repair permissions then try NVinject . Regards
