Intel GMA X4500HD, but could not find a kext I'm looking for.

You should try with this package.
I compressed more files, you have to start the install with the .pkg and after .kext with Kext Helper b7 util.
The .pkg wil install, however I had a problem with this. My mouse pointer was disappeared after first restart, so I installed the .kext file.
I use a Lenovo x200 laptop with this package and screen resolution works well.

There isn't any support for intel gma4500HD graphics.
you are not going to find any kext/mods for it.
you are basically stuck with generic graphic without qe/ci

Yes, you are right.
I checked the properties of Graphics/displays.
Now the chipset is GMA X3100, however it works with a second display also.

This was the point for me.
