About LinkBacksI have the Gigabyte G31M-ES2L motherboard. Someone know how to obtain the sound driver for the Realtek ALC883 ? I find some AppleHDA kext on internet but no microphone support (I don't have any input support in "System preferenced" -> Sound -> Input).
Please help me, I appreciate any answer! Thanks!

I think this audio card dont have input support ;P but you can always check the guides for this mobo and recheck

Driver is on all the install disks up on the torrent sites. That's one of the most supported sound chips. kalyway, ideneb, iatkos. I personally installed xXx 10.5.6 last night and it had drivers for it. My chip is the ALC882 and I have full sound including inputs.
I've never had any luck manually installing the driver later. Never get inputs. But selecting it off one of those discs works every time.
