Acer Aspire 5630 Keyboard and Trackpad Issues
Hello,
Well, for the first time in my geeking history, I have finally gotten around to getting Hackintosh on one of my machines. The first time I tried to install it I didn't realize there was an Intel 950 graphics driver available and so that install didn't display, but I got it right on the second try. My only big problem is that it doesn't recognize the built-in keyboard and trackpad of my laptop, which means I have to tote around a rather large USB keyboard and mouse with me if I want to boot into it. (On a side note, my Intel PRO/WIRELESS 3945 doesn't work either, but I've read a lot about that driver not being in existence so I won't even worry about that). Both the built-in keyboard and trackpad are mounted on the PS/2 bus. Does anyone know of a way to get me hands on a driver to get these to work? (I have the Hackintosh install of Leopard 10.5.5). Any help would be most appreciated.
~Galvin
P.S. Is it alright to refer to Hackintosh as "hackintosh" or should I call it "OSX86"?

I hate to bring to life a dead thread, but I have used this fix to get my Acer Aspire 5920 going. It is a great fix, but I am running into a problem of the OS losing the driver on reboot a lot of times. Then I have to reload the fix and reboot. Is there some permission issue or something that I need to take care of? It does not happen all of the time but often enough. It is a pain in the ass.
