Selling iPhone need to "tidy it up"

Hello everyone

I currently have an iphone 3GS which was unlocked by O2 and ive jailbroken it. Im going to sell it on eBay but I obviously need to get "sale" ready. Im currently running 4.3.3 and jailbroke it through jailbreakme.com I obviously want to keep it jailbroken but need to get rid of all my contacts and setting etc I cant the answers im looking for, please can someone help me.

If you have SHSH, restore to 4.3.3, set back up as new, jailbreak. Remove SIM, sell. If you erase all content and settings on the device, you will HAVE to restore iOS, so we don't recommend it unless you have an SHSH. If you have an SHSH, you can already just restore 4.3.3 and elect not to restore from a backup. Then, don't sync, and it will be completely clean and jailbroken.

A) You'll need to use TinyUmbrella or Cydia's SHSH caching server. Beyond that, Google. It's your friend. Or iClarified, it's also your friend. Or the search box in the top right of hackint0sh. All three will be very helpful. Don't make us do your work for you, please. How to restore x/y/z with SHSH has been asked about 30,000 times at this point and we're tired of answering it.

B) Do you have an SHSH? Without it you can only restore 5.0.1 at this point.
