Jailbroke my Officially company unlocked 3GS running iOS 4.01 (updated from Apple server) a few days back
The jailbreak.com crashed initially then tried jailbreak.modmyi.com and it went flawlessly without any issues
Cedia installed and working just fine
No need to reactivate or unlock this device
No Wifi issues, No signal bars deteriorating issue
Have been using the device with complete freedom and absolutely no issues as such
