Hi, I have an iPhone 4 with 4.3.3 baseband 01.59.00, I've updated with sn0wbreeze to not update the baseband.
Before I had the version 4.3 with baseband 01.59.00 and i have full measure of the GSM signal.
I saw that it was always one signal bar and them i turn in sbsettins "Numeric GSM" and I see that is always at "-113" I think That I have the same GSM coverage as before, but the iphone does not mark for me. For everything else is perfect, I can call and everything.

I have try to install ultrasn0w but does not work

Anyone know you why not check the coverage?
