Lockscreen Wallpaper Not Working

2G iPod Touch 3.1.2 jailbroken with redsnow.

So I've got Winterboard and I set my wallpaper for both home and the lockscreen, but the lockscreen is still blank.
I moved the lockscreen option to the top of the list. No luck.

So I've had a rummage around via SSH and still nothing. I replaced both wallpapers with new images in the directories and only the home image worked. The lockscreen is still blank.

Any ideas?

An update to say that I now have the lockscreen and home backgrounds working, however, when I try to change them in settings, they both remain the same.
