Jailbreaking iPod Touch 2G MC 4.0.2

Does anyone know of a way to jailbreak an iPod Touch 2G MC 4.0.2? I know that I can't use redsn0w because it only works with non-MC models. I also know of jailbreakme.com but that doesn't work with 4.0.2 because the PDF exploit is fixed in 4.0.2.

Any ideas would be helpful.

You should be able to downgrade to iOS 3.1.x and jailbreak there - with spirit preferably as it is untethered.

Apple added soft-shsh to the 2G iPod and the 3G iPhone with iOS 4.0 - that prevents you restoring 4.0 onto your iPod, right now only 4.0.2 will work for a restore or you can restore any 3.1.x version.
