iPod Touch 1g

Hi I have a first gen ipod touch with firmware 2.1 that I have jailbroken. If I update firmware to 3.0 do I have to re-jailbreak my ipod. Thanks

Yes, your going to have to re-jailbrake the iPod after you update the firmware.

But make sure you RESTORE. Do not use Check For Update.

If you update, and then rejailbreak, all the jailbreak data, eg. Stash folders will double up and your iPod gets the white screen =(

for me i just updated it and it restored everything for me, same with all the others ones i updated:pie:
