dTunes/Enhanced Ctorrent - Size Mismatch

I deleted dtunes earlier today on accident and when i try to install dtunes from cydia i get a SIZE MISMTACH error that pops up and if i just try to install enhanced ctorrent i get SIZE MISMATCH

When i try Enhanced CTorrent in Icy it says "Package "Enhanced CTorrent" cannot be installed (DPKG returned error #1). more information can probably be found in the console log."

and when i click that it says

So basically its all over my head and i cant figure out what i did wrong for this to happen. Can anyone help me out i just got my iPod touch 2g on tuesday for my birthday and i jailbroke it last night.

I hooked up my iPod touch to the comp and for some odd reason it fixed the problem?....

Anyone that was experiencing this probelm try sticking the USB in and see if it works.
