am trying to jailbreak a ipod touch 32 gig using redsn0w version .7 or .7 1 or .7 2 and it simply will not work and i have jailbroken iphone 3g's with this software with no problem. what happens is i follow the procedure by holding down the power button for the required seconds than the home button with the power button than release the power button while holding the home button for the requied amount of seconds and at this point it should go in jaibreak mode but it the redsn0w stops and nothing installs. i than have to DFU the ipod to do a restore and thats where i am at. the ipod seems to work good but can someone help me on how to get it jailbroken.

So what error are you getting exactly?

Use Redsn0w 0.8 for a start.
