i work at a movie theater and found an itouch with 4.2.1 firmware. it has 2 profiles on it that look pretty official and intense. and i cant get em off. ive tried jailbreaking with greenposion and red snow to no avail, but then again i dont really know what im doing. so some guidance would be amazingly helpful.

You're going to need to restore the device, I've not seen any way to remove profiles outside of the GUI.

Force it into recovery mode via TinyUmbrella or into DFU mode and restore stock 4.2.1 then jailbreak with greenpois0n RC6.1
