How Do i get stuff like the Menu Icon Changing stuff? (Thats is normal in 1.1.3)

Whats with SummerBoard and Customize?

Jailbroken touch 1.1.3, but cannot access summerboard, and other apps, after I Install them via istalller, the ipod goes to home and the app does not appear

A quick search should award you with the right installer source for the iPhone apps. Or you could just buy 'em
