I've been spending all my time doing iPhones so i'm a little out of the loop with the iTouch

I just downgraded and jailbroken a iTouch, uploaded a bunch of apps, all is good. Only thing I don't know is how to manually upload files (or install PXL's manually). I can't WinSCP into the damn thing, and i don't know if iBrickr will work or not.

I'm running wondows. Any help would be appreciated
