did you restart your iPhone/iPod Touch after installing SummerBoard?

Hardware DFU Fixes This. To do this without software...

starting with the power on, cable connected, and iTunes running.
hold sleep/wake button and home buttons for ~7 seconds untill the screen powers off
continue holding for ~2 seconds
Release your finger from the sleep/wake button, but not the home button
wait ~30 seconds, if the iPhone is not listed in the devices screen in iTunes, repeat the process.
Timing is Crucial

To restore the 111, jailbreak it and stay at 111, i've been unable to put 112 and jailbreak it yet ever since i updated to 113.
