I did the 1.1.3 soft update on my touch and I now have some serious issues. It seems to be a 1.1.2/1.1.3 hybrid because the dumb 1.1.3 bar is on there, but I don't have any of the new features. I can't move icons around or ad safari shortcuts on the home screen. The About menu says 1.1.3 (4A93)

Plus half the 3rd party apps don't show up, and installer crashes when I try to reinstall most of them.

When attempting to downgrade with iPhuc to 1.1.1 to start over again, iphuc just sits there after the filecopytophone command.

Nevermind, I didn't realize that the paid touch upgrade also included that feature... I knew the new apps cost money, but the home customization?!!! Spending money on an apple product used to mean long life and good customer support, now it means nothing.... fuck apple.

Anyway, I still need help downgrading with iPhuc os OS X 10.5. Im stuck on the filecopytophone part. I typed this in with the file in the same dir as iPhuc:

filecopytophone WTF.s5l8900xall.RELEASE.dfu

then nothing happens

@antipepsiinc when you did the 1.1.3 JAILBREAK you need an there aren´t the features of the iphone you have to replay the N4AP.plist in Springboard.app with an original one.
