Support for Ipod Touch

Hello, I have been looking for a place for support for my Itouch and I figured here might be good. Ok I was using Ziphone.org's jailbreak software and attempting to jailbreak my Itouch when it was taking to long so I unplugged it like it had said to if it takes to long and I got this message on my Itouch that had something to do with "stacking" and not being able to start if you need me to type the message then let me know but I really don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
